WWE Champion Roman Reigns Shocks Fans With News About His Cancer Treatment
Roman Reigns born Leati Joseph “Joe” Anoaʻi has a polarizing nature that makes him a subject of conversation in the wrestling world. Reigns is a member of Anna’s family, famous for wrestling in the United States. Over the years, Reigns has become a symbol of strength for people suffering from leukemia. In 2018, the world of wrestling broke down in tears after Reigns revealed that he was taking a leave to fight cancer.
He stayed away from the limelight since he left the ring for treatment, though we saw him vacating in Hawaii recently. Reigns made the news when he starred alongside his cousin, The Rock in the film Hobbs and Shaw.
Rumor has it that Reigns will make a comeback to the ring after he finishes his treatment and recovers successfully. Upon hearing the good news during a concert in Atlanta, the crowd went wild in jubilation. He confirmed he is back because his cancer is in remission, but while he was away he used his downtime to recalibrate his life and find a new purpose.
He is raising awareness of leukemia with his career to support millions of sufferers around the world. We will be seeing more of Roman Reigns as he battles for the championship belts.
